1. Please, if you have any issues with another guild member that are on a basic little-kids-teasing-each-other-level, deal with it on both of your own times. It may sound mean, but this is not a daycare.
{a} If another guild member is harassing/bullying you in any way that makes you extremely uncomfortable, report the activity to Seiianna or Wyvex. [ Please note: Wyvex is also known as Vyxus and Kysai. ]
2. Any [serious] threats toward another guild member will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the faction.
3. Be polite to your guildmates, we’re here to help each other out after all.
{c} However, even though we are here to help, it does not mean that one can:
-Spam a person to join their squad when they have expressed the desire NOT to join right now. Please respect their choice to have a little bit of space.
-Repeatedly ask for money/equips. We will have people who can manufacture things, but it is suggested that you bring them the materials so they can manufacture it for you. (Cuts the SP cost of leveling the manufacturing skills)
4. All types of characters are permitted in this guild. However, it would be preferred if we are informed which characters are alternates as to prevent later confusion.
5. It would be preferred that characters that are not identified as alternate character log in at least once in a given six week period.
{c} This faction is quite relaxed with game-time policies, and will strive to be. We do understand that real-life issues may arise over the course of your PWI life, and we will not bite your head off if you do not log in. However, you will be placed on an alert list, and if you do not log in within one week of the six week mark, you will be expelled from the faction.
6. You are not required to go on Dungeon Runs, however, you would definitely be welcomed should you choose to go on one.
7. When using the guild chat, please use the English language to the best of your ability. We realize that for some guild members, English may be a second language, so we only ask that some effort is made so others may understand your requests.
8. Please keep in mind that when you meet others, you also represent the faction in a sense. Especially when trying to seek out potential members, it can be extremely important to have a record of being relatively polite to others. It’s understandable if someone is heckling you if you need to snap a bit, but refrain from name calling or any other such activity.
